Nice hotel, very careful staff, impeccable room, stylish bathroom. Great location, 5 minutes' walk to a cathedral church. Set in a central area just off the 3 famous markets which are the popular Palermo atteaction, Sicily and most sites of interest. Excellent experience there...

truly enjoyed the place, had a nice stay for one night. the staff was amiable and very careful and everything was amazing. i asked for a suite and the one given was reasonably spacious and impeccable. its location at a medium distance from an important street was marvellous. they offered me delicious meals, had a wide range of options to choose from.

The Beautiful Double Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was excellent with freshly baked pastries and organic fruits, made the mornings enjoyable.
While the room had charm, the street outside was quite noisy, especially at night with garbage collection disrupting sleep. The Junior Suite with Balcony, although cozy, could use more comfortable single beds as the fold-outs weren't the best. The shower door in the suite was a bit tricky to handle, a minor annoyance but didn't completely ruin the experience.

modern apartment, walking distance to attractions, generous snack on arrival
Shower door needs repair!!! It's disappointing when your arrival time is clearly communicated, yet still, no one waits for you!!! A little more attention to cleanliness in common areas could really elevate the stay!!!

Family with kids should try it!
The host Alfonso welcomed us with an excellent breakfast that included fresh fruit and very nice pastries every morning. He even made reservations for us at a superb local restaurant, giving us the opportunity to dine like locals and connect with the culture.
It was pricey, but honestly, the experience was worth it.

Laura was super friendly when we arrived and gave us all the details about the setup. We were thrilled to get actual keys instead of a code! The selection of pastries for breakfast was a lovely treat, and we enjoyed cappuccinos while lounging in the cozy common area. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street at night, but it didn't dampen our experience at all. 😊

Alfonso is the real MVP, hooking us up with tips for the best pizza and cocktails at Nojo. Breakfast? Total feast with fresh pastries and fruit! Plus, the location is primo, right in the heart of the action!
And while the room had charm, the shower door was a tad finicky, needing some TLC.

Staying in the Junior Suite with Balcony for one night felt really special. The room greeted us with cleanliness and presented a cozy atmosphere. I loved the breakfast spread. Fresh organic fruit paired with sweet and savory pastries made each morning good. Alfonso proved to be an very nice host, offering great communication and solid advice on must-see attractions. Though the fold-out bed could use improvement for better comfort, the overall experience left us feeling satisfied. We felt welcomed and well taken care of during our brief stay. Enjoying a peaceful cup of tea in the sitting area after exploring the vibrant streets of Palermo was a highlight. A little more variety in breakfast would have been nice, but the experience itself was definitely enjoyable.

The only thing was the shower door was a little tricky to deal with, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. Really enjoyed the comfort throughout my time there!
